Welcome to HII's 2026 virtual benefits fair! Explore the fair to learn about your HII benefits and prepare for Annual Enrollment. 

This year's Annual Enrollment will be held April 20 through May 1. The fair is a great place to get prepared! You can:

Mark your calendar! The fair begins on April 13 and Annual Enrollment begins on April 20. Don't forget to log into Alight Worklife or call the HII Benefits Center to actively enroll in your 2026-2027 benefits by May 1.

Available online, the virtual benefits fair offers a convenient way to learn about your HII benefits and prepare for Annual Enrollment, which takes place April 20-May 1. On April 22 and April 28, HII’s benefits vendors will be available in real-time to answer your questions. Live sessions will also be available throughout these two days. The virtual benefits fair will be available until May 29. You can explore the virtual fair at your convenience and visit the various booths to learn about your benefit options and enter raffles.
Yes, you will need to register to enjoy all the features of HII’s virtual benefits fair.

Employees are encouraged to access the virtual benefits fair and participate in the live presentations from a personal device to ensure the best experience.
When you log into the virtual benefits fair, you’ll enter the “lobby” of the fair. From the lobby, you can click to explore the different rooms of the fair to learn about your benefits. Visit the auditorium to watch live and pre-recorded sessions about various benefits and wellness programs. Explore the exhibit hall to visit different booths and learn about key benefits you are eligible for.
Yes! The virtual benefits fair will remain open 24/7 for 30 days after our live days so you can visit the benefits booths and watch pre-recorded sessions and videos.
The virtual benefits fair is an online event. You can participate anywhere you have internet access, using a desktop, mobile or tablet device.
Sure! Your family member may register for the event using a personal email address. The virtual benefits fair is convenient for spouses to attend.
You will be able to chat with benefit vendors from 9 am to 5 pm ET on Wednesday, April 22 and Tuesday, April 28. If chat is not available, you will be able to connect by email. Contact information for each benefit vendor is listed in their exhibit booth.
You may chat publicly in a benefit vendor’s chat room or move to a private chat with a vendor representative. However, please do not share personal information in a chat for privacy reasons.
Yes. You can collect documents during the fair in a swag bag, then email them to yourself.
Benefit vendor booths will offer videos, PDFs and more to explain available benefits. Pay close attention to the file names, as some benefits apply to select groups of employees only.
Certain vendors are offering raffle prizes during the fair. To enter, visit the vendor booth and click the "Enter our raffle!" link. Winners will be contacted by email after the fair closes on May 29 and asked for a mailing address to which their prize can be delivered.
No. You only need access to the internet to log in and access the virtual benefits fair. Note that you must use Google Chrome, Safari, Firefox or Microsoft Edge to access the fair.
